Below is a general description of some of the services we offer and the processes involved.  We are always happy to schedule a consultation to tailor a custom solution for your unique cleaning needs.


Tile and Grout Cleaning


Why We Clean It:

-Grout is made of cement, binders, and colorants, and due to its composition, is extremely difficult to clean.

-Bacteria, dirt, and grease become trapped in grout because, while beautiful, grout is both porous and rough.

-Corrosive chemicals often used to 'clean' grout actually break down the grout, not only compromising the grout's ability to hold the tile in place, but also creating an area that is more prone to bacteria and dirt buildup.

-While surfaces may appear cleaner when bleached, bacteria still lives there, ready to surge back after a short time.

-Vapor cleaning delivers a death blow to bacteria; it dissolves and removes accumulated gunk and liquids, eliminating odors at their source by breaking down the chemicals that cause them. It allows us to leave the grout clean without degrading it.


The Process:

-We will take special care to move and secure any furniture or items needed to access the area.

-Safety signs will be placed to secure the area as necessary.

-Vacuum, sweep, wipe, or otherwise pre-clean depending on the area.

-Pre-soak if needed and vapor clean in appropriate fashion. This will vary depending on type and composition of tile, with respect to the makeup of areas adjacent to the tile.

-Post-clean and replace furniture to original locations.

-Remove safety signs and complete touch-up items.


Gum Removal


Why We Clean It:

-Old, chewed up gum is disgusting!

-It is a health hazard due to the bacteria encased in each blackened gum spot.

-Traditional pressure washing, while great for some things, spreads the bacteria into the breathing column, potentially causing illness.

-Our method is the most effective at fully removing each spot.


The Process:

-We will sweep or prep the area as needed.

-Safety signs will be placed around the work area.

-The gum will be removed using vapor steam.

-We will do any needed post cleaning and remove safety signs.


Wood and Vinyl Surfaces


Why We Clean It:

-Vapor steam kills bacteria that mopping and scrubbing cannot.

-Sensitive surfaces, such as nice hardwoods or vinyl, are degraded when cleaned with corrosive chemicals.

-Certain woods and artificial surfaces, such as butcher block or laminate countertops, are used in food preparation or patient care applications, where bacteria and disease penetration are most needed to be prevented.


The Process:

-We will move furniture and post any needed safety warnings.

-The area will be pre-cleaned by sweeping or scraping as necessary

-We will then vapor steam clean with the microfiber head or other material-appropriate method.

-When dry, furniture will be placed back into position and safety warnings removed.

-Last touch up items will be completed.
